Are you an experienced .NET developer looking to make a significant impact in the world of IT development? Northab is seeking a skilled professional to join our client’s team, focusing on the development and management of critical systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both enhancing existing systems and contributing to innovative new projects.
About the Role
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of business-critical systems. You will report regularly to the team lead, initiative leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring that all projects align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Participate in new development projects, bringing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with team members to drive development initiatives and achieve project milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive technical expertise in .NET and system development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.
- 9–12 years of consulting experience in the field, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Ability to lead teams and manage development initiatives independently.
Desired Skills
- Experience in tech lead roles or coaching junior developers.
- Knowledge in AML, IRK, Basel, CRM is a plus.
